Every winter time we are expecting new products for fall and the brand has released a new mascara called Phenomen’Eyes mascara in August, 2008. Phenomen’Eyes mascara has a special feature which has a spherical brush to reach all every single lash from all sides ,The spherical brush of the new Phenomen’Eyes mascara can be moved vertically, horizontally and diagonally for a really precise but simple application to create a ‘panoramic’ lash effect and it will be available in black and brown.

Well after all these information it is definitely interesting to try out it. Personally, I am more interested to check out Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes Mascara.

How to Get Rid of Scaly Lips

If you suffer from scaly lips, a simple do-it-yourself trick to exfoliate them takes only a finger scoop of Vaseline and an old toothbrush.

Step 1: Slather lips with petroleum jelly
Step 2: Use a toothbrush to massage in the jelly in a circular motion.
Step 3: Wipe off the excess petroleum jelly.
Take a toothbrush to your lips, massaging in the jelly in a circular motion. Wipe off any excess petroleum jelly.

The toothbrush exfoliates lips while the petroleum jelly leaves lips extra soft. Repeat a couple times a day until your lips are no longer scaly.

Tip for Eyeliner

I have a very nice email from Julyne Derrick and I did what she said. ta ta .. it works so I decided to paste her tip for eyeliner and want to thank Julyne for nice topics for us.

Step 1: Start with a completely bare eye, no shadow or mascara.
Step 2: Apply liquid liner in the upper lashes. Dot the liner into lashes, pushing them aside if need be. The result is not supposed to be a line. It's supposed to look as if the lashes themselves are super thick at the root.
Step 3: Apply mascara.
Step 4: Compare eye to other naked eye and see if you love the results.
